Towpath Marathon Aid Station Captain and Crew Needed - October 10th

Hi SERC Runners,

Looking for a way to give back to the running community this fall?

Bill Montville (The Towpath Volunteer Coordinator) and Tim Donovan (RD) are in need of someone to take over this water stop for the Towpath Marathon October 10, 2010. The team of volunteers need to be able to hike about 1.5 miles on the towpath to the station and they need to be available to mix up the jugs and get the table set up etc and hand out water for the duration of the marathon.

Towpath is the week before my marathon this year and I won't be able to work/captain the aid station.

The station is in between Boston Store and Lock 29.

Track Workout Locations

Anyone planning to run track with SERC tonight head to Bedford High School. Solon High has soccer games and the middle school track is under construction. If for some reason Bedford High is out of order we will try Heskett Middle School. Sorry for the last minute info! Dates that we won't be able to run on the Solon High School are: Aug 31, Sept 9th, Sept 14, Sept 28, Oct 5, and Oct 12
